Our client, a leading medical devices company, is currently recruiting a Territory Manager to provide leadership and energy to its sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a corporate culture known for its innovative and growth-oriented vision. Responsibilities include:

1) Grow new business revenue and establish new business relationships
2) Protect and retain business for the company through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at new clients
3) Interact with operations and marketing to close new business and develop long-term relationships
4) Connect positively with the entire business development team
5) Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
6) Ensure employees operate within guidelines
7) Interact with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels
8) Gain consensus from various parties involved
9) Achieve maximum sales growth, profitability and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products or related services
10) Perform other related duties as assigned


  • 1) A university degree is required (preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the medical devices industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to people with recent experience in sales management
