Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions
2) Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
3) Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys
4) Schedule and conduct job evaluations and prepare pay budgets
5) Monitor and schedule pay actions
6) Recommend, plan and implement pay structure revisions
7) Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees' work results by training managers
8) Hear and resolve employees' grievances
9) Maintain employees' benefit programs and inform employees regarding benefits by assessing benefit needs and trends
10) Recommend benefit programs to the Management
11) Direct the processing of benefit claims and obtain benefit contract bids
12) Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
13) Maintain organization's staff by recruiting and interviewing and counseling managers on candidate selection
14) Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes
15) Establish and maintain departmental records and reports
16) Participate in Administrative staff meetings
17) Maintain organizational charts and employees' directories
18) Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department's initiatives in relation to established goals
19) Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
20) Process payrolls and payroll reporting to the Controller


  • 1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    2) Recent experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
    3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in human resources management
