Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking an accomplished Clinical Project Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Maintain project timelines and provide weekly status updates
2) Write and review agenda, meeting minutes and various communications as well as assist with determination of next steps involving cross-functional communication and coordination of action items
3) Identify critical path/risks and develop risk management plans
4) Review study budgets and monthly invoices
5) Participate in project team meetings and attend meetings with external government partners
6) Review and manage approved trial budget(s) and review monthly study invoices
7) Assist with protocol writing, study design and strategy discussions
8) Participate in study data review
9) Contribute to relevant study documentation including clinical protocols, informed consent forms, study plans, and clinical study reports
10) Identify project risks and resolve with some supervision
11) Participate in the selection of investigators and vendors and review vendor budget
12) Provide updates on study milestones and CRO deliverables on a regular basis
13) Provide study timeline by using MS Project


  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in clinical project management
