One of our top clients is recruiting again! They are looking for a Quality Engineer for their facility in Oregon. Interested job seekers should have work experience with a highly successful and well-established medical device manufacturer. An overview of the Quality Engineer's responsibilities...

1) Establish process metrics to evaluate process performance, define control points and work with engineering and manufacturing to ensure that minimum expectations are met
2) Support process validation studies for special processes to improve quality assurance methodology
3) Support development of product validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and test measurement validations
4) Resolve any special quality, test and certification requirements in cooperation with engineering and ensure overall agreement between the company and customer drawings and specifications
5) Draft and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and capability studies
6) Work as a part of a core team with development and manufacturing engineering as required in new product introduction
7) Contribute to all new product deliverables, including Design and Process FMEA, Control Plans, etc.
8) Create quality inspection plans for components and assembly
9) Develop and implement quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques
10) Track effectiveness of corrective action plans and compliance improvement initiatives


  • 1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to people have recent experience in quality engineering
