Our client, a leading clinical research company, is currently seeking an accomplished Clinical Research Coordinator to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Oversee compliance with study protocols
2) Manage quality control and complete and submit study related documentation
3) Coordinate and perform responsibilities related to research participants
4) Determine subject population availability
5) Develop consent forms and screening materials
6) Oversee study visits and finish subject assessment
7) Collect biological samples and conduct medical tests
8) Process data and samples collected during subject visits
9) Recognize, track and report adverse events and protocol deviations
10) Evolve and maintain patient database, investigational logs and regulatory documents
11) Develop report formats and track subject recruitment activity 
12) Monitor study expenses, invoice for study services and request change orders, as necessary
13) Prepare, submit and maintain IRB and other regulatory documents and research correspondence
14) Train the Clinical staff on study protocols and procedures
15) Develop, finish and maintain site documentation, including case report forms, data clarification forms, source files and regulatory documents
16) Report safety issues
17) Oversee the order and shipment of study drug supply
18) Communicate with sponsors and CROs regarding pertinent issues


  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the clinical research industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in clinical research
