Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is currently recruiting a Clinical Trial Assistant to provide leadership and energy to its clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a corporate culture known for its innovative and growth-oriented vision. Responsibilities include:

1) Organize and maintain study files and provide tracking support for study-related activities
2) Set up maintenance and distribution of study-specific documents, as required
3) Perform and maintain data entry into designated study tracking systems
4) Assist the Clinical Project Manager with communication/contact with investigative sites/external vendors
5) Assist in updating study status overviews, preparation of presentations, etc.
6) Attend project team meetings and prepare meeting minutes, as required
7) Collaborate and assist the Clinical Project Manager and members of the multidisciplinary team on all operational aspects of the clinical study as assigned
8) Provide support for clinical operations to assist completion of clinical study deliverables, with an emphasis on tracking clinical finances
9) Assist with keeping trackers current for clinical trials and clinical operations systems (including invoices, contracts, clinical budget and drug shipments)
10) Learn requirements for submission and tracking of clinical operations regulatory documents


  • 1) A university degree is required (preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the biotechnology industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to people with recent experience in clinical trial
