Our client, a leading medical device company, is currently recruiting a Associate Director of Quality Operations who will infuse the Quality Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. 1) Ensure that all quality system procedures and documents are maintained and controlled
2) Support the design and development of products
3) Manage the quality review board and management review data collection, analysis data and present it to the executive leadership team
4) Coordinate the review of documentations, including  investigations, CAPAs, protocols, reports, procedures and change orders
5) Work with the Manufacturing Operations in planning, organizing and directing laboratory services to ensure compliances with product release schedules and testing requests
6) Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing quality data
7) Identify trends and causes of non-conformances
8) Prepare department budgets for personnel, operating expenses and capital equipment
9) Consult with other departments, as appropriate to collaborate in product's testing discrepancy resolutions and improvement activities
10) Implement, monitor and evaluate performance and continuous improvement activities
11) Direct and participate in the Human Resource Management function for the department
12) Coordinate department's trainings
13) Participate in site committees and programs, as appropriate
14) Act on behalf of the Senior Quality Operations Director as the Management Representative, when required


  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in quality management
