One of our top clients is recruiting again! They are looking for a Clinical Study Manager for their facility in Quebec. Interested job seekers should have work experience with a highly successful and well-established biopharmaceutical manufacturer. An overview of the Clinical Study Manager's responsibilities...

1) Prepare all documents and recommend revisions and amendments as per requirement and evaluate all protocols for clinical study
2) Analyze all documents and obtain all necessary approvals from IRB
3) Assist Recruiting Department to design an effective recruitment plan to ensure all study according to timeframe
4) Evaluate all information provided by investigators and clients and monitor all supplies and equipments
5) Manage all inventories and gather all receipts and inventory required for clinical trial materials
6) Design all study associated documents, perform all investigation on site and evaluate working of committees
7) Assist all clinical investigators to distribute and maintain track of all documents for all sites
8) Monitor all study closure process and participate in all site qualification programs and document all protocol deviations and unscheduled study events
9) Perform exit interviews with all participants and clients
10) Initiate all corrective measures to ensure retention of employees in future and perform all client associate audits and participate in clinical affairs processes


  • 1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to people have recent experience in clinical management
