JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the medical device industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Sales Account Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers
2) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
3) Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
4) Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
5) Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
6) Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
7) Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
8) Forecast and track key account metrics
9) Prepare reports on account status
10) Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
