Our client, a leading medical device company, is currently seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a go-getter attitude and a drive to succeed.

1) Comply with all company’s international quality system procedures and work instructions
2) Solicit milestone commitments from development team members in coordination with the Engineering Department’s management group
3) Develop and manage projects
4) Facilitate communication between functions, within company’s affiliates and with customers through the product development life cycle
5) Forecast resource needs and work with the Engineering Department’s management group across all affiliates to align resources with project tasks
6) Manage the product development and product costs
7) Work with company’s supply chain management to determine costs for ordering long lead-time parts required to maintain the project schedule
8) Manage all project documentation as required by the product development process
9) Publish regular and timely project status updates
10) Communicate significant changes with project documentation to client and or through sales to the client
11) Review the hours charged to the project on a weekly basis
12) Forecast remaining development hours and NRE charges for the project on a monthly basis and as needed when directed by a member of the Engineering Department’s management group
13) Lead costing effort while supporting quoting activities of new business opportunities
14) Make good use of time and set priorities to meet organizational and departmental goals
15) Accept responsibility and identify when additional authorization is required to resolve an issue by including management or others when appropriate
16) Mentor less experienced project managers, assist them with technical issues and train them on correct project management methods
17) Share knowledge and encourage job and skill growth
18) Perform other duties as assigned


  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in project management
