JOB DESCRIPTION

1)Develop staffing strategies and implement plans and programs to identify qualified talent 2)Adhere to Process document and ensure requisitions are tracked to 100% customer/client satisfaction 3) Manage a staffing team for assigned business function/region, through a direct line or matrix reporting structure. 4) Leverage on Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing Model and other avenues for great ROI 5)Provide input to the functional staffing budget and manage expenses within budget allocations.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications/Skills
  1) 8-10 years of hands on experience in Talent Acquisition
  2) Experience in working for Pharma Company
  3) Must have experience in building plans for Large scale hiring needs
  4) Must have excellent recruiting acumen, business and technology understanding
  5) Good communication skills
