JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an opportunity to join a prestigious MNC with offices in 5 countries Around the world. We are rapidly expanding and our need to hire great people has opened up opportunities for experienced talent acquisition professionals  in India to join us as we continue our  growth plan. This position is not for freshers - we require at least  five years of full-time work experience, and prefer people who are mature and sophisticated, with a good understanding of global culture. As a perk, you will be offered the opportunity to work from a home office if you have a suitable computer/laptop.

Partial Description:

-Consult with your colleagues in North America on strategies and approaches for recruiting highly skilled candidates across a wide variety of senior-level job openings. 

-Evaluate resumes and skill profiles to determine candidates that are most likely to succeed according to our clients needs  

-Manage requisition and staffing related processes; support onboarding and assimilation activities  

-Make use of web-based resources such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Hoover’s, and other industry related resources in order to source out and identify candidates that are difficult to find

-Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies both for individual positions and business segments, which identify internal and external talent through passive and active methods

-Conduct thoughtful and rigorous assessments to develop a meaningful point of view about a candidate’s alignment with a particular role, function or broader organization

-Provide a superior experience to all stakeholders throughout the recruiting and onboarding process

-Develop domain knowledge of each Sterling-Hoffman business area and its short and long-term objectives

-Prepare resumes for presentation to HR business partners and CEOs across the United States

-Act as a role model and mentor; actively participate in the coaching and development of the Talent Acquisition team; may manage others

-Ensure compliance with Sterling-Hoffman policies, processes and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws

-Role model Sterling-Hoffman’s ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • - Minimum 5 years experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition - Experience in BPO/Call Centre would be an asset
