JOB DESCRIPTION

Partial Job Description 1) Calculate, hire and manage global manpower needs for monitoring 2) Negotiate and follow-up clinical services contracts with CROs and sponsors whenever applicable 3) Provide guidance and support to CRA Managers 4) Develop and implement tracking systems, monitoring tools and processes 5) Supervise, coordinate and participate in CRAs training performed by the company 6) Coordinate CRAs? priority set-up with the Global Project Team 7) Follow-up on CRAs? activity reports 8) Review CRA performance evaluation

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications / Skills Required

    1) Scientific background (Scientist, Pharmacist, PhD)

    2) Minimum 6+ years of experience in clinical development/monitoring and coordination of clinical projects

    3) Minimum 2+ years of experience in management

    4) Knowledge and experience in oncology trials would be a major asset

    5) Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

    6) High management and communication skills along with a sense of prioritization

    7) Outstanding team spirit, planning, proactive problem identification & solving

    8) Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    9) Fluent in English and French
